Dear Governor Taft,

I am a resident of Akron and live in the 17^th Congressional District. I am writing because I have reason to believe that broadcast towers along with hand-held radio transmitters are being used criminally by directing radio wave frequencies toward citizens of Ohio. I demand that there be an immediate investigation into the use of electromagnetic force fields, radio frequency towers and all related directed energy weapons that may be causing harm to the public’s health.

As the website for the Health Protection Agency’s flash module on Radio Waves illustrates, “Exposure to radio waves comes from many sources, from television and radio broadcasts to mobile phones.” Deliberately directed radio waves passing through the body and skull is not healthy, nor are they meant to be directed on humans. Radio wave frequencies combined with magnetic energy fields pointed toward a human creates electromagnetic energy to harm them. I am knowledgeable that this energy exists from talking with other experts in the field of electromagnetic radiation.

As the FCC’s website states regarding radio frequency non-ionization, “"Ionization" is a process by which electrons are stripped from atoms and molecules. This process can produce molecular changes that can lead to damage in biological tissue, including effects on DNA, the genetic material.” http://www.fcc.gov/oet/rfsafety/rf-faqs.html#Q2

In an article called “Air Force Plan: Hack Your Nervous System” by David Hambling,
electromagnetic weapons are being used by the military and more experiments are in the making. According to his article, “The first stage is technology to “remotely create physical sensations.” They give the example of the Active Denial System "people zapper" which uses a high-frequency radiation similar to microwaves as a non-lethal means of crowd control.” http://www.defensetech.org/archives/002152.html

I am now learning where all the broadcast towers are located in Ohio, and since I am well aware of how this can be linked to the many millions of satellites that now orbit the earth, I am directing you to oversee this potential harm to society, as well as that Ohio’s ionosphere is protected from the rays of electromagnetic force fields that may be directed at the public.

As a student of human services and psychology, I am very concerned. My sources tell me that these beams can cause damage to the heart and the entire human body, as well as cause symptoms similar to those of extreme mental illness. This area of public health and safety must be taken seriously since this type of harm can cause premature death in humans.

My fears for society are that these types of weapons are being bought and sold on the black market. I have stored links about weapons and suspect modifications of these technologies are possible to direct at citizens. http://www.targeted.blogspot.com

Piggy-backing this directed energy on the energy grid using cell phone towers and other such energy sources and receivers of frequency transmissions can be used to criminally induce harm upon citizens who do not know these sorts of technologies are even in use. Therefore, victims of radio frequencies can unknowingly being harmed and unable to defend themselves against the damages causing many health and safety issues. The potential for widespread use of such secrets weapons is a major threat to human safety.

The FCC should be developing protections from the effects of electromagnetic fields that can harm the public as well. As Governor, I am expecting you will tell me who is in charge of creating Ohio’s public health protective strategy. These strategies must be developed as long as these weapons exist. This is common sense and of paramount importance. Protecting society from the potential for criminal uses of weapons’ technology should be in place before the weapons are ever put into use, here and abroad for war.

I am requesting that you or your staff investigate radio wave transmissions and electromagnetic energy fields that have, and could be beamed on citizens of Ohio so that a major public health catastrophe can be avoided. I am willing to take part in such a project as I am studying this topic of public safety from directed energy and all high technology weapons for my PhD in Human Services.

Researchers Create Dementia 'Risk Score'

LONDON (AP) -- Researchers have for the first time developed a "risk score'' in an attempt to predictfuture cases of dementia. In a study published Thursday in the publication Lancet Neurology,researchers identified several key factors that arebelieved to determine dementia in later life.

"This has been done for other diseases like diabetesand cardio-vascular diseases, but we've never beforehad a tool like this for estimating the risk ofdementia,'' said Dr. Miia Kivipelto, an associate professor at the Aging Research Centre in Stockholm, Sweden, and the study's lead author.

The patient is seated at the focal point of these magnets depending upon the type of disease and is subjected to the emanations of the north pole in one room or the south pole in the other room. The oncologist has found such encouraging results with this type of treatment that he now recommends only the use of magnets for the treatment of various diseases which according to him provides not only an assured relief to the patient but spares him of the unnecessary pain and agony otherwise associated with other modes of treatment.

Neural Brainwave Stimulation Technology

The most well known form of brainwave stimulation is binaural tones, where a slightly different tone is presented into each ear. When pure tones are mixed together, their waveforms add and subtract from one another, resulting in a pulse. In the case of binaural tones, the two tones are mixed by the brain itself (one in each ear). The pulses, sometimes called “tones” or “beats”, are what cause stimulation to occur. Brainwaves are affected by rapid pulses of sound, or other sensory stimuli. But since any kind of pulse can be used to entrain the brain there are many other, more effective methods that allow more control than binaural tones. One is Isochronic tones, where a tone is manually spaced, turning on and off in a precise pattern. Today, there are even more complex methods for embedding pulses into music and white noise. Many state-of-the-art auditory stimulation methods do not rely on binaural tones, and may sometimes be used without headphones.

When two or more tones of any frequency are played together the vibrations add or subtract from each other, forming a single wave which is usually perceived by us as two or more tones. Monaural and Binaural tones occur as a result of the sum of two waveforms which are so close together that they add and subtract enough from each other to be perceived as a pulse, or tone.
